Thank you for your question..
The leaves are from PTI Stitches and Swirls:I used my colored pencils to fill in the leaves.
The Dot centers are from various flowers sets.
The striped border: PTI Background Basics: Random Stripe
I'm sorry I can't locate the sentiment stamp..(I'll keep looking and get back to you)
