I have ONE poppy plant in the garden...one GORGEOUS bloom every year. It is so difficult for the kiddos NOT to pick it and bring it to me..I asked them this year to leave it "PLEASE" and we shall see if we can get MORE poppy plants to grow for years to come from the tiny seeds that fall:) Oh the sweetness of youth.

That's so sweet that your kids pick the flower and bring it in to you..I love it! What a great science lesson this will be for them, too!
