Stamping Ombre Backgrounds

Baby It's COLD outside!! The kiddos are beside themselves with excitement..SNOW is in the forecast:)

For my card today I'm playing along with PTI's Make It Monday #188: Stamping Ombre Backgrounds.   Laura Bassen shows how to make an easy OMBRE background in this week's video.

Here's my card.

I used OMBRE Backgrounds, Freshly Fallen and Wonderful Words: SNOW stamp set and Die..all from Papertrey Ink:)

PTI Inks: Spring rain, Blueberry Sky, Aqua Mist, Hawaiian Shores

Ranger LIQUID PLATINUM embossing powder.

How about you...READY for some SNOW??

Or just create some with OMBRE!

Thanks for looking.

LauraJane:)

Beautiful ombre BG, Laura. Pretty shades of blues ~ my fave colors for 'SNOW' cards :-)

So pretty! I am not ready for snow, however, I do love how you added a hint of silver embossing to your SNOW die cute. Very cool!

Your ombre background is fabulous. You've captured the feel of falling snow, which I am NOT yet ready for.

Oh so pretty! I think I'll pass on the snow and just play with some ink. Love the ombre technique.
