The Ton's Spring Release 2017: Day 3

Hello and Welcome to The Ton's Release Week DAY 3 :) Are you enjoying all the beautiful new Stamps so far?  For The Ton's Spring Release 2017, Effie has released 18 new stamp designs, Coordinating dies:) and 14 new couture mixes!  ALL NEW RELEASE ITEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE SHOP Tomorrow, April 6.

For my first card I'm using Peony Crush Background, Mini Heart Print Background, Dearest Peony and Coordinating die, and Pretty Mail die.

To make the card:

• Heat emboss Mini Heart Print Background with GOLD EP on white CS
• Ink the Peony Crush Background in the MISTI with Ziggys on 6 x 6"  white CS
• Add more coloring details with ziggys
• Trim the panel with 3.5"Square Double Stitched Dies (Small)
• Trim another 3.5" Square cutting it short on one end to make a rectangle
• Matte each Peony Crush trimmed panel with black CS and place onto Mini Heart Prints panel
• Heat emboss Dearest Peony in Gold EP onto white CS, trim with Coordinating Die
• Color peony bloom and leaves with ziggys
• Place onto the cardfront
• Cut Pretty Mail Word Plate Die from Black CS
• Glue into place with Tombow Mono
• Embellish with Kiwi Smoothie Couture Mix

Pretty Mail stamp set is the main focus of my next card.

I heat embossed the large image from Pretty Mail with silver EP onto White CS 

Then made a mask and heat embossed Mini Heart Print Background in the same silver EP

Next I colored the leaves and blooms with the Ziggys

On a separate piece of white CS I stamped the Heart from Pretty Mail in Cali Blue ink and trimmed it out with the Coordinating die. Added Glossy accents to add dimension. 

On the main cardfront, I also cut the heart using the die in order to get the pretty Detail stitching that goes around it.
