Painting Over Stamped Image

Dawn Woleslagle  from wplus9 showed us how to use a stamped image and make it look water colored. VERY time consuming due to dry time between each layer, but WELL worth it

Definitely well worth waiting through all that 'drying time', Laura! This is absolutely stunning! I love how you created both backgrounds, and your flower and leaves are just GORGEOUS! I love all the sparkle, too!
