Hello!
Today I have a card simply stamped and colored following many helpful instructions from Marika Rahtu. You may be familiar with her beautifully colored cards using ALTENEW stamps. I find her coloring videos filled with thoughtful insight on how to make flowers come to life on the paper!
Here is my card:
Inks and INKTENSE watercolor pencils I used.
I flat out copied the composition from Marika's card here. The Lacy Scrolls stamps helped in keeping the white highlights on the end of the petals.
Over-all I'm happy with the flowers. Still planning on practicing MUCH more:)

LauraJane, I'm quite speechless and don't know where to start. First of all, my jaw hit floor when I opened your blog. Your card is absolutely GORGEOUS!! Love every detail of it. Amazing colouring may I add!! I looked at a while and I didn't realised that it was a CASE of my card before I read it from your post. I'm so overwhelmed by how much people liked that card. ok, see, i was already blown away by this amazing card when i thought it was ONE stamp that you had colored soooooooooo amazingly well. but it's a modular set that you had to compose/arrange/overlap!!! YOWZA!! some seriously MAD SKILLZ right here!!!!! <3
