MAKE IT MONDAY #235: ADDING COLOR TO STAMPED IMAGES

Happy New Year!

I wanted to start 2016 out right by joining the fun at PTI MAKE IT MONDAY #235: ADDING COLOR TO STAMPED IMAGES

I used Beautiful Brush Strokes stamp set and stamped several layers of flowers using these inks on Rustic White cardstock..

Then went back in with Distress ink markers to more create depth.

Here is the finished card with Graceful Greetings:THANKS stamped in black.

Next, I made some POPPIES with the Enclosed Flower Stamp set :)

Stamping the petals first with Distress Carved Pumpkin. Then I took my KOI water colors and added extra color for depth in the petals

 

Continued by painting  stems and leaves.

 and finished with a few splatters.
