It's so good to be in the weekend!
Happymail showed up at my house yesterday from Dayne at Precious Remembrance. I was THRILLED to win the new SWEET PEA stamp set designed by my bloggy friend, Lisa Elton:)
I Simply could NOT wait to ink this baby up!
How sweet are those pea pods?! and I LOVE the blooms:))
Truth be told, perennial Sweet peas are one of the few flowers that I grow successfully. The pods are not like sweet peas or sugar snap peas either. But the blooms are just like Lisa illustrated in this set. Perennials Sweet Peas, "Lathyrus latifolius" come in a RAINBOW of colors.
Mine are white today.
I used my zig clean color brush markers to color these
once I stamped them with Jellybean ink from SSS..
I'm tickled with the result:))
Looking forward to creating more with Lisa's set,
which is dedicated to her very own "SWEET P" i.e. granddaughter, Penelope:)
THANK YOU Dayne, for the set:))
Thank you for stopping by,
LauraJane:)
