Inspired By #40: A study in White coloring

Hello! There is a new challenge at Inspired By All the Little Things

I found the inspiration photo to be soft and dreamy. LOVE that tiny red Ladybug in the center of the cream framed by the light shades of pink. So I decided to see if I could color a cluster of flowers where the main bloom was left white.
It was more challenging than I thought! However, This video by Sandy Allnock was VERY helpful:))
Here is my card:
It did not turn out as SOFT as I had hoped, but the peachy/pinks remained and the middle bloom is mostly white....so mission accomplished-ish:) Always room for improvement!
Here is a chart from this post from Jennifer McGuire of the Ziggys that I used. The floral image is  from Concord and 9th:

Hope this inspired you to play along with us at Inspired By:))

Our Guest Artist this week is: Donna Rudy from Krash Scrapper

Be sure to check out the inspiration from the DT

This is really pretty, LauraJane. You did a wonderful job of coloring. I couldn't help but notice your color chart for the Zigs. Can you tell me where you found it. I'd love a copy of it. Thanks! Keep up the wonderful work you share. I think you are so very talented! :) Happy day to you!

Hello Jeanne, The Zig chart is from a post of Jennifer McGuire's. http://www.jennifermcguireink.com/images/2015/05/Real-Color-Print.pdf
I put them altogether, which is not perfectly inline ect. but it is helpful!
