Altenew Stamp/Die/Storage Pouch Release Blog Hop Day 2+ Giveaway

Hello Lovelies!
So excited to be part of the Blog Hop day 2 at the Altenew Scrapbook Blog! Did you enjoy all the inspiration from Day 1?

EEEK! I'm geeking out over the new items in the shop geared toward scrapbooking, YET, can easily be used for cardmaking too:)) I only had two days to create for this hop. It was not difficult to come up with several projects..my head was swimming with possibilities!

You can see how much fun I had playing with the new stamps and dies below:

For this first card I colored the large stamp from CHARMED with Zig clean color brush markers. Then created a mask and heat embossed the largest rectangle from Framed stamp set in Gold EP. Layered it onto a black matte and Watercolored Striped Stenciled CS. The sentiment is from Floral Garden stamp set from the New Day Card Kit.

 Next I played with the DOODLED LACE COVER DIE...I LOVE THIS ONE!!  It looks fabulous cut from white CS and layered on the Watercolored Striped Stencil sponged in rainbow colors:) The newly released SCRIPT CONGRATS word die is cut from patterned paper from The New Day Card Kit...I like how the word can be manipulated to flow along the lines of the doodled cover.

 I found that the Doodled Lace Cover Die could be fussy cut apart and re-arrange the blooms hidden with-in the lace. I outlined the stitches with a black pen and popped it onto the rainbow CS from The New Day Card Kit.SCRIPT HUGS is cut from the similar paper from the REFLECTIONS scrapbook kit.

 Moving on to the STRIPED LEAF COVER DIE cut from more vibrant rainbow pattern paper from the same New Day Card Kit..then cut another from Black SC and layered them OFF-SET onto a second piece of pattern paper. Then added a tag from HANDMADE TAG DIES and cut several layers of SCRIPT LOVE, backed with vellum..

Now, I didn't want to waste the rainbow negative cuts from the STRIPED LEAF COVER DIE, so I inlaid them into a panel of white CS for a simple CAS card with sentiment from HALFTONE CIRCLES.

For my final card, the frame from SWEET FRIEND stamp set is colored with Artistic Markers and ZIGGYs, then cut out with the coordinating die. I placed it onto paper from the New Day Card Kit that I stamped once with the pretty floral cluster from CHARMED in Tide Blue crisp ink. Then I heat embossed the sentiment in black EP and splattered a touch of Dusk metallic shimmer spray for embellishment.

There you have it! As you can see, it was a blast creating with the new goodies and my favorite papers from the Card Kit.  Your NEXT stop is Agnieszka Malyszek.
