Inspired By #74

Tracey is hosting this week at Inspired By All the Little things Challenge #74. Hope those of you in the States had a Blessed Thanksgiving!

Here is my literal take on the inspiration photo.
I cut a star from MME woodgrain pattern paper with my Scan n Cut. Thanks to the MISTI:) I was able to emboss the sentiment several times; first in Metallic Gold, which was not as visible as I would have liked. A 2nd try with white EP after moving the stamp slightly to the upper right corner. This made it POP nicely:)) The Holly Branch from The Ton added a happy touch of green.

Our special Guest Designer this week at Inspired By is my friend Maria Fischer! Stop by the Inspired By blog to learn more about her, and while you are there, CHECK out how the rest of the team was inspired:)

Love that green with the silver glitter. Neutral backgrounds have been my go to color theme for several cards this holiday season. Can't wait to try some holly and a wood grain shape. Thanks for inspiring me!
