For this card I combined several lessons from the Altenew Academy AECP Level 2 by using the color palette from the inspiration photo above.
Here is my card:
This is an almost One Layer card, utilizing lessons learned in Masking Unleashed and Beyond Basic Backgrounds with a hint of pencil coloring skills learned in For the LOVE of COLOR.
- I used the Stone Wall Stencil and Shades of Purple Crisp inks sponged over a mask cut with the decorative frame in the New Day Card Kit for the background on an A2 sized White CS
- Then I stamped a small outline image from Remember This , keeping the frame mask in place, only removing the center cut to create a "window" effect.
- And here is where I colored with Prisma colored pencils, just a bit on the rose buds
- I inked the detailed layer of the leaves and stems,VERY LIGHTLY, with Frayed Leaf crisp ink
- With C002 Artistic marker, I quickly added a shadow at the window
- The sentiment is from Story of Us, inked with Jet Black
- Brought in more green with an arrow from Happy Dreams, inked with Parrot Crisp ink
- Trimmed the panel down to show a tiny bit of white on an A2 cardbase
- Heart shaped Enamel Dots were the finishing touch of embellishment

Hope you liked my card today. It's Fun and challenging to see how many new skills can be packed into a single project:)
