The Ton Spring 2018 Release - Day 1

Hello and welcome to DAY 1 of The Ton's Spring 2018 Release!

How cool is this BUILDABLE MOTO die set?

Here's my card:

• I found in building this bike that cutting SEVERAL layers of each piece and stacking them together made it easier to assemble..like a model car:)
• Once the MOTO was pieced together, I built a scene using the GOLF COURSE A & B sets and coordinating dies. Inking with Smoky Quartz and Crystal Pewter, Blue Diamond, Cali Blue and Bright Emerald Couture color inks.
• The FUN sentiment is from Motorcycle Boss.

 The 'chrome' pieces look amazing cut from Silver Adhesive Foil Paper !

I also created with the Large Florals: Heritage Rose today.

I wanted to share how the leaves and smaller images in Large Florals: Heritage Rose stamp set work beautifully to create a lovely wreath for the sentiment and Modern Label die cut. sentiment is from Beautiful Day Bicycle. 

Using Couture Color inks: 
Plum Wine for the sentiment.
Blue Diamond, Lofty Mint and Crystal Pewter for the large leaf layers
Cali Blue, Bright Emerald for the bud branches
Soft Orchid and Plum Wine for the buds
Warm Hazelnut on the leafy branches from Wild Peonies stamp set

I embellished with Disco Spring Couture Mix and splatters of Nuvo Drops..watered down and flicked with a paint brush.
