Altenew Plentiful Patterns Stand-alone Dies/Stencils Collection Release Blog Hop + Giveaway ($300 in total prizes)

Hello Friends!!
This post is part of the Blog Hop celebrating the Plentiful Patterns Stand-alone Stencil & Die Release. You should be arriving from the blog of Jaycee Gaspar. (The FULL bloghop list as at the end of this post)

This is a SUPER FUN release from  ALTENEW!

Plentiful Patterns Stand-alone Stencil & Die Full Release Bundle

For your convenience, I have a small photo of  new products I used before the card in which they appear.
Impressionist Bouquet
Stencil & Die Bundle

Bountiful Butterflies
Die Set

Oh how I LOVE ink blending with the layering stencils from Altenew!!
This first card features the scrumptious Impressionist Bouquet Stencil & Die Bundle, which looks like hollyhocks to me. The many layers of stenciling is easy to line.  A butterfly from the Bountiful Butterflies Die Set is the perfect embellishment :)).
Playful Patterns Stencil Set (4 in 1) - tiny background dots
Crisp Ink Collections: Tranquility, Tropical Forest, Nature's Wonders
After die cutting two layers of the Bountiful Butterfly  from blue vellum,  I heat embossed the body and antenna with GOLD embossing powder. Then added a bit of splatter to the wings.

More stencil fun using the Illusion Hexagons Stencil. Peaking out from behind this simple card below is a panel I created by turning the stencil one quarter turn to the right and inking with different colors to get a FUN pattern.

You Matter Die Set

Now, this next card was created for the love of my life..:))) His favorite color is Blue...which he encourages to appear in all of my projects; when asked for his opinion. 😉😉😉

To make the card, I simple die cut the String Panel Cover Die  then ink blended all the bits and pieces with various BLUE Crips inks. In- laid the pieces back in and finished with the You Matter Die Set. Shadow layer cut from blue vellum.

Moving on to a mixed media card featuring the Polka Dot Leaves Die Set  where I quickly watercolored the solid layer of the die cut with the Artists' Watercolor 24 Pan Set. Then layered it onto a panel stamped/embossed/ stenciled

Polka Dot Leaves
Die Set

You Matter Die Set

I used both layers of the Polka Dot Leaves Die Set to anchor this freestyle cluster of elements. It's always a joy to see odds and ends pieces left over from previous cards come together for a one of a kind project!

And for this last card I die cut and colored the layers of Itty Bitty Flowers Die Set as the focal point. The layering guide found in the packaging made piecing the each flower together easier. However, I think the blooms are forgiving enough to arrange as you wish.
Simple Greetings Die Set - small YOU die cut

Hope you enjoy my samples featuring the Altenew Plentiful Patterns Stand-alone Dies/Stencils!!

Your next stop is the talented Emily Midgett!
