I was delighted to be invited to join in the fun today! To celebrate, I created a new card featuring my MOST FAVORITE Altenew Pigment Inks.
Take a look:
Pigment Inks: Coral Berry, Frosty Pink, Enchanted Gold
- Ink up the flat side of the Pink Perfection Camellia 3D Embossing Folder with Enchanted Gold Pigment Ink
- Place 110# cardstock in the folder and run it through the die cutting machine with proper sandwich places
- Using the Detailed Blending Brushes to add : Coral Berry, Frosty Pink Pigment Inks to the camellia blooms...adding darker ink for the shadows of each petals
- Heat set the panel
- Trim down to 4"x5.25"
- Lightly swipe Embossing Ink over the raised edges of the blooms then add Pure White Crisp Embossing Powder and brush off any extra unwanted powder
- Heat set again...
- Die cut the Waterbrush Hello Die twice from thick cardstock
- Ink one with Enchanted Gold Pigment Ink
- Heat emboss the other with Pure White Crisp Embossing Powder
- Off-set stack the HELLO and adhere to card front
- Add Slim Sentiment and sequins
- Adhere to Leaf Drops Stenciled A2 sized matt..inked with Coral Berry, Frosty Pink Pigment Inks

Your rose card is so beautiful with those different pigment inks! I have many Altenew embossing folders and am inspired to start using these inks directly on the folders and also embossing. I hope I come up with cards as beautiful as yours, or close to it LOL!

I used to think Pigment Inks are for Heat Embossing. Now that I’ve seen so many beautiful projects using Pigment Inks for blending, I really have to try. Thanks so much for the inspirations.
