Papertrey Ink SAF 2016 REMIX

Hello! Hope you're having a wonderful weekend!  It has been a productive one for me.
Since I didn't have time to create a card utilizing Pointillism Play with Heather Nichols last weekend for Stamp-A-Faire 2016, I  wanted to give it a go for the Re-Mix challenge.
Finding the "dot Stamps" was a bit of a treasure hunt:))
In the end, I found the best sets for the task to be Reasons to Smile and Painted Petals.
The more layers of dots simply added to the depth of color and Light areas.
I did make a mask for the bloom and stem, then stamped the background Halo.

And here is the completed card:))

I really enjoyed this Pointillism Play technique as it is forgiving in the layers of dots...start light and then go dark.
Thanks for stopping by!

LauraJane:)

Now that's pointillism. And really great pointillism. I love the lightness of the feel of the card. Very dreamy!
