The Ton Release Day 3

Hope you have been enjoying the release week previews!  Are you ready for DAY 3??

The Ton has 23 new stamps for their Fall 2016 Release (18 clear stamps, 5 rubber cling) which include the Christmas Poinsettia set - a mini 2x3 stamp set which will be included in all orders over $100 (before shipping and taxes). . For today we are sharing 5 new stamp sets..I will be using 3 of those five for my cards today.

First up is FRESH CUT POINSETTIAS, this is one of the easiest multi-step stamping sets I've used. 

• Stamped the layers of FRESH CUT POINSETTIA blooms in ROSE QUARTZ, CORAL CAVERN and VALENTINE RED.
• The centers were inked in DARK ROAST, DEEP EMERALD, and AMBER CITRINE
• The leaves are inked in BRIGHT FERN and DEEP EMERALD on the narrow leaves...BASIL MOJITO and EVERGLADE MOSS on the more rounded leaves,
• The candle layers are inked in VANILLA CUPCAKE and BEACH BLONDIE: NIOR for the wick..AMBER CITRINE and CORAL CAVERN for the flame.
• The vase was inked in gold then sponged with BEACH BLONDIE
• Fussy cut them out...Coordinating dies will be available in the shop on the 26th.
•  the FOLKART FLORALS bg from yesterday is lightly stamped in LOFTY MINT and heat embossed in Clear EP. Trimmed down with the Double Stitched rectangle dies
• Sentiment inked in NOIR
• I used the Double Stitched rectangle dies on the BG and layered it on top of MINTAdhesive Foil Paper

Moving on to the next sets: 

FRESH CUT POINSETTIAS OUTLINES...which can be used along with the above stamp set as the fourth layer...or all by itself.... and HOLIDAY CONES OUTLINES I LOVE the white pine branches, they are so very airy feeling!

• To make this card I inked the large branches from HOLIDAY CONES in BASIL MOJITO and the smaller branches in BRIGHT FERN on white CS
• layered vellum over the top and wrapped gold thread around the panel.
• Heat embossed the POINSETTIA OUTLINE bloom in gold, cut that out and adhered it to the gold thread with mini dots
• Inked the sentiment from SCRIPTY HOLIDAY GREETINGS in NOIR and trimmed around words, cut it apart
• Cut a frame from GREEN Adhesive Foil Paper using the Double Stitched rectangle dies
• Embellished with ELF STOCKINGS couture mix.

CHRISTMAS POINSETTIA MINI

•  I used the outer frame stamped with the FLOKART FLORALS left from my first card
• Heat embossed the bloom in VERDIGRIS EP with the center in GOLD EP
• masked the bloom and repeat stamped SENDING in VANILLA CUPCAKE 
• Embossed the sentiment from SCRIPTY HOLIDAY GREETINGS in gold.
• Embellished with ELF STOCKINGS couture mix.
