HoneyBeeStamps Hello Summer Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hello Friends!

I had the delight of creating with a few of the new HELLO SUMMER goodies from HoneyBee Stamps! There is one $25 gift certificate giveaway for each day on the hop. This is day two, so you are going to want to make sure you haven't missing yesterday's hop!!
For day 2: you should be arriving from Ilda Dias, your next blog is to Jenny Hall

The lovely Emily Midget illustrated of the versatile ParadiseBlooms, which is the focus of my post today.

I Watercolored all of the images in the set several times with Arteza brush markers for a relaxing afternoon craft session! Cutting them out with the coordinating ParadiseBlooms | Honey Cuts allowed me to quickly move on to arranging all the colored blooms onto three cards embellished with the background of both GardenLattice Cover Plate - Base | Honey Cuts and GardenLattice Cover Plate - Top | Honey Cuts, I love the look of stacking both layers cut from Neenah Solar White cardstock.

I LOVE the way the sentiments can be cut with HoneyCuts too!!!

Here are three cards that feature some Hello Summer products:
On this first card, I trimmed the Garden Lattice Cover Plate layers down and framed it with a rectangle frame stacked and adhered it to colored paper.

  *******
Not wanting to be wasteful, I used the leftover Lattice from the first card as a simple accent on the side of the a cluster of more ParadiseBlooms.

 *******
And lastly, here is the Garden Lattice Cover Plate in it's full glory behind the hibiscus images found in the Emily's ParadiseBlooms 6x8 Stamp Set!

 *******
I'd love to here what you think of my card samples. Which is your favorite? Leave me a comment below for a chance to win a &25 giveaway at HoneyBee Stamps!

Your next stop on the hop is to Jenny Hall.

Love your cards, Laura Jane!

I saw your hibiscus card over on the Honey Bee Stamps Facebook page and had to come and have a nosey at more of your work...just fabulous! In this post alone, you have inspired me to embrace yellow and orange more - colours I tend to lean away from.

Your colouring is amazing and I love your simple style! I look forward to seeing more of your pretty creations, hugs, Lisa x
