I embossed a sage colored CS then inked and heat set Translucent Pearl Crisp Embossing Powder onto the debossed areas of the panel for a textured matte for the focal point.
The BOLD bloom on the Frilly Peonies 3D Embossing Folder is the perfect image to watercolor! I'm new to this technique. The raised elements from the 3D folder create a edges for which the watercolor pools to become shadows in the petals.

Gorgeous cards! Going to have to try watercoloring images. Haven't tried that yet. These are beautiful folders. I forget you can cut the images out to make beautiful additions to your cards. thanks for all the inspiration!
