Today is the celebration of the Nostalgic Memories Stamp/Die/Stencil Release at ALTENEW. As the collection title infers, this release is sure to give those Nostalgic feels and smiles!

After running 110# paper through my machine along with Sixties Sunshine 3D Embossing Folder, I played around with the Sixties Sunshine Simple Coloring Stencil Set to add bold pops of color. To get that full background coverage I inked the smooth side of the folder with GOLD pigment ink, put the colored paper back inside and ran it through the machine again. This also gave the crisp edges back to the embossed flowers which may have diminished with the ink blends. Then I finished with several sentiment strips from Label Love Add-On Stamp Set. And embellished with Enamel hearts.

TIP: Use the Artist Markers to color any of the Enamel Dots to coordinate with your projects :)

Next I sat down for a PREP crafting session using the on to the XOXO & More Die Set and ✓ Birthday Wish Die Set to make SEVERAL sentiments for later projects.

Ink blending through the Zero-Waste 3D Floral Cover Die makes a quick background. Then I colored the individual flowers for a sweet cluster on the super trendy Mini Instant Camera Frame Die.

Wonderful cards! Your first and last cards are my favorites. Love the colors. The first card reminds me of a 6 year old birthday present I received in the 60's- a headband with pokie things on top to add layers of colorful flowers (kind of like how we layer flower die cuts LOL). I still relish the joy of "crafting" with flowers and colors. Is that how it all started?
The sentiments are amazing, and love how delicate they look! Love the idea of sitting and just getting a bunch made ahead of time! This I think would be a set that you could get many different ones made because most of them are ones I would use and love the design of them. Thanks for sharing!
