The Ton Fall 2016 Release Blog Hop

It has been a pleasure creating with all the new Stamp sets from THE TON!  There were only 2 sets that I was not able to work into cards for release week... I have two cards to share with you today:)

Thanksgiving is coming very soon..which makes the THANKFUL CORNUCOPIA a timely set to have on hand. There are coordinating dies that go with this set.

•  I stamped the large image with Noir ink and colored it in with Ziggys. 
• Used the Double Stitched Circle dies to trim around the colored image 
• stamped the sentiment from SCRIPTY HOLIDAY GREETINGS first in Beach Blondie and then a second time in Soft Garden to match the color in the green apples:)

This type of background stamp set makes coloring after Embossing VERY EASY!! I LOVE how the shapes come alive with color:)) Effie has masterfully combined outlined images along with solid shapes to create a perfect balanced.  

• For this card, I heat embossed the HOLIDAY BORDER CLING STAMP in clear EP on white #90 watercolor paper. 
• Colored around with the Ziggys and then added clean water with a brush. 
• I went back in with the ziggys to add definition and shadows. 
• The sentiment is from HOLIDAY CONFETTI, which I embossed in gold EP
• I cut the panel with Double Stitched Rectangle Dies..saved the tiny edge frame and colored it with the darkest pink Ziggy  and replaced it around the card.
